DELIVERY

 

1. DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days (by PostNL). This also applies to orders placed on Saturday and Sunday.
If one of your ordered items is not in stock at the time of processing your order, they may be sent separately so you get them as soon as possible. You will not be charged for the delivery of the remaining package.

 

2. DELIVERY METHODS

DELIVERY BY POSTNL FROM € 3,95 PER ORDER
By default, PostNL delivers on Monday to Saturday. You will receive an email as soon as the order has been shipped. You can track your package with the tracking code which you have received by email. If you are not at home the first time your order is delivered, PostNL will offer your package again on the next day. After the second attempt, PostNL will bring your package to the nearest post office. Your package will stay here for 3 weeks, after which it will be sent back to the sender. As soon as your order is ready to be picked up, you’ll receive an email or a phone call. Please note: When picking up your order, you need to be able to show a valid ID card (e.g. passport or driver’s license). Your package will be kept in our boutique for 14 days. If you haven’t picked up your order after this period, we will contact you via email or telephone.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

International shipments, outside the European Union, may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the receiver.

All prices of items that are being sold on JOZamsterdam.nl are VAT included.

RETURNING

RETURN ITEMS WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER YOU’VE RECEIVED THEM OR AFTER THE PICK-UP DATE. (With partial deliveries, this respite period starts as soon as you’ve received the last item of your order.)


1. RETURN RULES

1. Items should be returned unused/unwashed, complete, in original state, in
original packaging (including any plastic bag and price tag). Trying on clothes is not considered as use;
2. Books, lifestyle products and cosmetics can only be returned in unopened packaging;
3. When items are damaged or incomplete, you’ll be charged depreciation;
4. You cannot return a gift voucher.
5. Panties and earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
6. Exchange articles is possible by returning your already purchased article accroding tot he returning policy and placing a new order (online) like your used to;
7. It takes up to10 working days to process your return. Your money will be issued within this period, via the same payment method you used to place your original order.

2. RETURN POLICY

RETURNING VIA POSTNL (YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THIS SERVICE)

You can return your items via PostNL to JOZ AMSTERDAM. You will have to pay for the return costs yourself.
• Place the filled out returns form in your parcel (model form right of withdrawal)
• You can send your parcel to the following address: JOZ Amsterdam, attn. Return
Webshop, Huidenstraat 26, 1016ET Amsterdam.
• Take your parcel to a PostNL service point (locations: www.postnl.nl).
• Keep the Track&Trace number to be able to follow your parcel.
• As soon as your return has been received, you’ll be notified by email.

 

RETURNING INSTORE JOZ AMSTERDAM

• Fill out the returns form.
• You can return the item(s) with your receipt at JOZ Amsterdam, Huidenstraat 26, 1016ET Amsterdam
• Your are able to exchange your article for an other product, a gift voucher or to receive the refund amount transferred to your original payment method within 10 working days from the moment your return was processed.

 

GENERAL

1. CANCELLED ORDERS

We are continuously carefully monitoring our online assortment. For the delivery of your order, we depend on several factors. Unfortunately, in rare cases it could happen that an item in your order appears to be out of stock when processing your order, or the item may not comply with our quality requirements. In this case, we will transfer the purchase amount of the item in question (including shipping costs) back to your account.

2. LEGAL GUARANTEE

When purchasing items in JOZamsterdam webshop, legal guarantee will be
applied. Legal guarantee means that the item has to do that which the consumer may reasonably expect of it. There is no legal framework attached to this guarantee, as the consumer’s expectations may differ for each item.

3. COMPLAINTS

We believe in the quality of the products we sell. However it could happen that there is something wrong with the purchased article and you have a complaint. Please contact us and together we will find a suitable solution fort he given situation.
