1. DELIVERY TIMES
Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days (by PostNL). This also applies to orders placed on Saturday and Sunday.
If one of your ordered items is not in stock at the time of processing your order, they may be sent separately so you get them as soon as possible. You will not be charged for the delivery of the remaining package.
2. DELIVERY METHODS
DELIVERY BY POSTNL FROM € 3,95 PER ORDER
By default, PostNL delivers on Monday to Saturday. You will receive an email as soon as the order has been shipped. You can track your package with the tracking code which you have received by email. If you are not at home the first time your order is delivered, PostNL will offer your package again on the next day. After the second attempt, PostNL will bring your package to the nearest post office. Your package will stay here for 3 weeks, after which it will be sent back to the sender. PICK-UP AT JOZ STORE AMSTERDAM – FREE
You can pick up your order at our boutique 7 days a week:
Monday 12 am – 18 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday , Thursday 10 am – 18 pm
Friday, Saturday 10 am – 19 pm
Sunday 11 am – 18 pm
As soon as your order is ready to be picked up, you’ll receive an email or a phone call. Please note: When picking up your order, you need to be able to show a valid ID card (e.g. passport or driver’s license). Your package will be kept in our boutique for 14 days. If you haven’t picked up your order after this period, we will contact you via email or telephone.
