How can I pay?
Payments can be made via iDEAL, Bancontact or Credit Card. Payments are made via a secure environment. When the payment is successful you will receive a notification and a confirmation email to the specified email address. Problems while completing an order? Call us on this number (+31 20 362 75 56) and we will help you immediately during opening hours.
How do I know if the product fits?
We try to describe the fit as best as possible in the description of our products. We also try to post as many clear photos of a product as possible. If you are not sure about your size, you can always contact us. Call 020-3627546 and we will be happy to help you.
How do I sign up and unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can register via this link. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter that you have received by email. By clicking on 'Unsubscribe from this list' you unsubscribe from the newsletter. If it doesn't work, please contact us and we'll help you.
How can I track my order?
When you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email to the specified email address, containing a Track&Trace code. Didn't receive an email? Then check the spam inbox of your email account. It is also possible to receive updates of your order via text messages to the specified 06 number, when you check this option during checkout.
Can I change my order?
Do you want to change an order? Please contact us. We can be reached by phone on working days between 10:00 and 18:00. You can also always send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not forget to mention your order number and your full name and possibly a telephone number. We will contact you as soon as possible.
What are the shipping costs?
When you place an order above €50, shipping is free for orders to an address in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Under €50, the shipping costs to an address in the Netherlands are €6.75 and will be added automatically during checkout.
Orders abroad have different shipping costs, which differ per country and weight.
Orders can also be picked up free of charge in the boutiques within one hour. When the package is ready, you will immediately receive a notification by email and you can pick it up yourself.
When do I receive my order?
If you place an order before 4:30 PM, it will be shipped the same day and you will usually receive it the next day (depending on how busy PostNL is). If you order after 16:30, at the weekend or on public holidays, it will be shipped the next working day.
Different delivery times apply for orders outside the Netherlands.
If a product is not in stock due to circumstances, we will contact you immediately and the amount paid will be refunded immediately.
Return & Exchanges
How can I return my order?
If an item is not to your liking, you can return it to our boutique in the Huidenstraat within 14 days. JOZ Amsterdam, Huidenstraat 26, 1016 ET Amsterdam.
The item is of course unworn, including original labels and hangtags and is in new condition. Pack the item neatly in the JOZ Amsterdam shipping bag and make sure that the invoice is included. Return costs are for your own account. Keep the track&trace label in a safe place. When we have received the item you will receive a notification by email.
How long does it take to refund my money?
When we have received a return shipment in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded within 2-3 working days to the same account with which payment was made.
